“My Hair” LLC Privacy Policy

1. Glossary: Operator – “My Hair” LLC, reg. No. 40103688573 Legal address: 31-2 Lāčplēša Street, Riga, LV-1011;
Customer – a customer who has filed a completed Customer registration form with the Operator and was registered in the database;
Database – business software used by the Operator to manage orders and sell goods;

2. Legal grounds for processing of the Customer’s personal data The Customer’s consent (paragraph a, part 1, article 6 of the
General Data Protection Regulation). In some instances, upon prior notice to the Customer, the Operator may process the Customer’s data,
if this is required in order to pursue the Operator’s lawful interests (or based on the provisions of paragraph f, part 1, article 6 of the
General Data Protection Regulation);

3. The Customer’s data can be processed for the following purposes:

The Customer’s first name and surname: for Customer identification;
Personal No. or address: for invoicing.
Phone No. and/or e-mail address: for Customer identification, for communicating with the Customer on the issues of order processing.
Purchase history: for exercise of the Operator’s rights and responsibilities under the Law on Accounting;

4. The Customer’s data storage period:

First name, surname, phone No., e-mail address, personal No. (if specified) – while the Customer’s
registration form is valid and not revoked, or during the period provided for by regulatory acts
(e.g., in accordance with the provisions of article 10 of the Law on Accounting);
Purchase history – while the Customer’s consent remains in effect and is not revoked, or
during the period provided for by regulatory acts (e.g., in accordance with the provisions of article 10 of the Law on Accounting);

5. The Customer may require the following information or actions from the Operator:

which personal data of the Customer is processed; – request correction of data, deletion thereof or restriction of data processing;
object against the processing of data;
right to data portability, if required;
right to revoke the consent (registration) given in the Customer registration form;

6. The Customer may request implementation of the rights specified in paragraph 5 hereof by means of a signed application to the legal address:
31-2 Lāčplēša Street, Riga, LV-1011, or by means of an application signed with an electronic signature and sent to the e-mail address info@myhair.lv;

7. The Customer may address any questions, complaints or suggestions within the context of data
processing to the Operator using the following contact information: info@myhair.lv, 23008222 or in person;

8. If the Customer and the Operator are unable to solve the encountered problem in accordance with the procedure provided for by paragraph 7,
the Customer may file an application with the Data State Inspectorate, address: 11/13-15 Blaumaņa Street, Riga, LV-1011, phone No. 67 22 31 31, info@dvi.gov.lv.

What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file sent to your computer or mobile device when you visit a specific site; the site saves it to your device when you open the site.

Google Analytics

The My Hair website uses cookies for Google Analytics, a software tool by Google, Inc. The goal of usage of Google
Analytics cookie files is to improve the quality of content available at My Hair and to adapt it better to the needs and
preferences of visitors. For this purpose, standard information is gathered from system logs (connection time and duration,
IP address), along with some anonymous information about your actions at the website.

The information on your use of the website gathered by these cookie files is sent to Google servers situated abroad (potential
locations could be outside the territory of Latvia or the European Union) and saved there.

According to the Google, Inc. Terms of Service and the
Google Analytics Terms of Service,Google is going
to use this information in order to assess your use of the site in the interests of My Hair
and draw up visitor activity reports at the website.

Your IP address is abbreviated within the territory of the European Union or the European Economic Area by means of IP
anonymization (removal of the last octet of your IP address and setting the last 80 bits of the IPv6 address in the memory to zero),
and may only be transmitted to Google servers within the territory of the United States of America by way of exception.

My Hair will not use cookies and prevent the use thereof by any third parties for the purpose of finding or gathering any personal data that would allow identifying a visitor ofwww.myhair.lv.

You can discontinue the use of Google Analytics cookies by downloading and installing the extra tool Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Terms of Use / Distance Agreement

Pursuant to the provisions of part one and part two, article 10 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law, when you place an order with
the www.myhair.lv online store, a civil contract, also referred to as a distance contract, is made between yourself as the consumer
and “My Hair” LLC, owner of the www.myhair.lv online store, as the seller.

Distance contract

This contract is made between the enterprise “My Hair” LLC, reg. No. 40103688573, legal address: 31-2 Lāčplēša
Street, Riga, Latvia, LV-1011, and a buyer making a purchase via the www.myhair.lv online store.

Glossary of terms used in the text of the Contract:

The Buyer: The Buyer, within the context of this Contract, is a person making a purchase via the www.myhair.lv
online store. The Buyer is a person making a purchase without any commercial purposes. If you do not meet the definition of
a Buyer within the context of this Contract, please refrain from making a purchase! Anyone willing to purchase our products
for commercial purposes is kindly requested to contact us using the following e-mail address: info@myhair.lv.

Distance Contract:A contract is made between the Buyer and “My Hair” LLC automatically as soon as the Buyer places
and order. By placing an order with the www.myhair.lv online store, you confirm that you have familiarised yourself with
this distance contract (hereinafter – the Contract), and expressed your full consent to the terms and conditions hereof.
This contract imposes mutual liabilities and duties!

1. Ordering products

Having placed an order with the www.myhair.lv online store, the Buyer receives an automatically generated order
confirmation / invoice to the specified e-mail address. If the Buyer does not receive an order confirmation from the www.myhair.lv
online store to the specified e-mail address, please contact us at info@myhair.lv or call 23008222 to make sure that the order
was registered.

Within one business day of receipt of an order, the Buyer will receive comments on the course of order processing to the
specified e-mail address, or an alternative product proposal, should the ordered goods turn out to be unavailable.

2. Products and prices

Product prices are specified in EUR.

The delivery price is not included in the total price of a product.

Delivery fees and procedures are described in the “Delivery” section.

3. Payment procedure

Payment methods and procedure are described in the “Payment” section.

4. Order processing procedure

Order processing timelines and procedure depend on the selected products, the mode of payment and the
mode of delivery. Delivery schedules are provided in the “Delivery” section.

5. Rights of the buyer (including the right of refusal)

5.1. The Buyer may select and purchase goods at the www.myhair.lv online store as a registered or non-registered customer.

5.2. The Buyer may choose any of the proposed delivery options.

5.3. The Buyer may reject the delivered goods and return have these returned:

5.3.1. The Buyer may return the purchased goods within 14 days of receipt thereof by means sending or delivering these
in person to the legal address of “My Hair” LLC: 31-2 Lāčplēša Street, Riga, LV-1011;

5.3.2. The Buyer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product throughout the term of exercise of the
right of withdrawal.

5.3.3. Any claims of the Buyer concerning any defects of goods that were caused by negligent handling on part of the Buyer
(e.g., mechanical damage) shall be deemed groundless;

5.3.4. In case of return of goods, the Buyer shall also be liable to pay all costs incidental to such return;

5.3.5. If the Buyer uses the right of refusal due to the respective goods being defective or inappropriate, all costs
incidental to the return of goods are paid by “My Hair” LLC;

5.3.6. The Buyer is entitled to a refund of the amount paid for the goods if the Buyer has complied with the following return conditions:

A Goods Return Form has been completed and sent;
the returned goods are sent or delivered in person in an unused condition, in its original packaging with all original labels to the
legal address of “My Hair” LLC – 31-2 Lāčplēša Street, Riga, LV-1011 – within 7 days of filing of the refusal;
if any goods are returned by mail due to being defective or inappropriate, a payment receipt certifying the
cost of return must be sent along with the parcel.

5.3.7. If the Buyer has complied with all conditions applying to return of goods, “My Hair” LLC refunds the cost of goods
without reimbursement for delivery costs to the Buyer’s bank account within 14 business days of receipt of returned goods,
but no later than within 30 days of the date of receipt of a written refusal from the Buyer.

5.4. Right to refuse an order:

5.4.1. The Buyer may refuse an order if “My Hair” LLC fails to meet the specified delivery schedule or is unable to fit into the desired delivery time;

5.4.2. If the Buyer refuses an order while the goods are being delivered, the Buyer is liable to pay the cost of delivery.

5.4.3. The Buyer may not return the goods if:

the provision of a service commenced before the expiration of the right of refusal has been fully completed, and the consumer
has clearly agreed and confirmed that he/she would lose the right of refusal from the time when the service provision
agreement is completed in full;
the product has been made in accordance with the customer’s instructions, or the product is unambiguously personalised;
the product is perishable or close to the expiration of its shelf life;
the consumer has opened the package of a product that cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons;
the product has irreversibly mingled with other products after delivery due to its intrinsic properties;

6. Liabilities of the buyer

6.1. The Buyer must read the Distance Contract and any other terms and conditions pertaining to the
procedure of ordering, payment, delivery and return of goods carefully, and assume responsibility for failure
to comply with these terms and conditions.

6.2. When signing up as a customer at www.myhair.lv, the Buyer must complete all specified fields.

6.3. The Buyer must provide true and correct personal information when completing the registration form and the order form.

6.4. The Buyer is responsible for the correctness of the provided data and for any legal consequences that may affect any party to this Contract in case of provision of false data.

6.5. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the provided information. “My Hair” LLC does not assume any responsibility for any failures to deliver the ordered
goods to the Buyer caused by imprecisely specified information.

6.6. Prohibitions: Buyers and all visitors of the www.myhair.lv online store are strictly prohibited from:

copying, saving, archiving and publishing any photos published at the website www.myhair.lv in full or in part, or republish any information without reference to www.myhair.lv;
using any automated means to access information on the www.myhair.lv server;
collecting, copying or otherwise acquiring any data on other Buyers;
using workarounds to prevent or restrict access to www.myhair.lv;
deliberately exerting incommensurate loads on the IT infrastructure of www.myhair.lv or interfere with proper operation of www.myhair.lv;
publishing information that contains viruses or other technologies detrimental to the interests, property and users of www.myhair.lv. “My Hair” LLC
shall report any instances of violation of the prohibitions specified above to the respective authorities, and reserves the right to deny further access to www.myhair.lv
to any person suspected of violating these prohibitions.

7. Rights and liabilities of “My Hair” LLC

7.1. “My Hair Vitamīni” LLC must reimburse the Buyer for the cost of goods paid by the latter, and for the goods delivery costs.

7.2. “My Hair” LLC strives to arrange convenient terms of delivery for its Buyers. If “My Hair” LLC fails to comply with the goods delivery schedule, “My Hair” LLC offers
its apologies and grants the Buyer the right to refuse the order (unless the delivery is delayed through the fault of the delivery service).

7.3. Having highest regard for the trust of its Buyers, “My Hair” LLC commits itself to ensuring a high security level for
their personal data, and shall not disclose the provided information to any third parties without the respective Buyer’s consent.

7.4. “My Hair” uses its best efforts to keep all information on its products, as well as availability, prices and delivery thereof true and correct at all times.

7.5. The goods and prices specified at www.myhair.lv are provided for reference. The actual prices and product range may vary without prior notice.

7.6. Appearance of goods (colour shades) may differ from the one presented in the catalogue.

7.7. “My Hair” LLC reserves the right to refrain from processing orders if it suspects that the Buyer is not a Buyer within the context of this contract, i. e. purchases
goods for commercial purposes.

7.8. “My Hair” LLC reserves the right to amend and supplement these terms and conditions and the contract.
Amendments take effect immediately upon publication thereof at www.myhair.lv and apply to any goods ordered after the amendments were published.

Delivery

You can collect the ordered goods at our salon. We can also deliver your order by Express Pasts courier mail or via the Omniva parcel
machine network. Deliveries are carried out within 1-2 business days.

Cost of delivery by Express Pasts:

Door-to-door – 7,- EUR;
To a Latvijas Pasts post office – 5,- EUR;

To an Omniva parcel machine – 5,- EUR.
